Unfortunately, there are no online facilities for replacing a lost or stolen driver's license in Oklahoma; however, replacement is still a simple process.

If you are a Class D driver (regular automobile and truck driver), you must go in person to your local Tag Agent or the Department of Public Safety to get started on your application for a replacement license.

If you're currently out of the state or country and need to replace your license, you'll need to contact the DPS. Explain your situation, and after obtaining your information the DPS will send you a replacement license that is "valid without a photo."
